Labour Update – Tentative Agreements Reached with OSSTF
A tentative agreement has been reached between the Ontario Government, Ontario Public School Boards' Association (OPSBA) and Ontario Secondary School Teachers' Federation (OSSTF) teachers. A tentative agreement has also been reached between the Ontario Government, the Council of Trustees' Associations (CTA) and OSSTF education workers.
The details of the tentative agreements remain confidential until ratified by all parties. Member ratification votes are tentatively planned for May.
This is positive news for our school community. We appreciate and acknowledge the contributions and efforts of all sides to come to an agreement, despite the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic.
