Question 1 asked participants what we do well. Question 2 asked where we can improve. This graph compares the responses to questions 1 and 2 by theme. Looking at this slide, we can see that generally, we received more positive responses to Question 1 in regards to School Environment and Extracurricular and Physical Activity.
This graph shows the feedback with respect to teaching and learning in more detail. You can see that more positive feedback was received with respect to learning environments and differentiated learning. More opportunities for improvement were noted with regards to technology, instructional quality and practice, class size and reporting.

You can see that there was more positive feedback about wellenss strategies, learning support program and the extended day program. More opportunities for improvement were identified in the area of mental health, educational assistants, classroom supports, individual education plans and assessment and testing.

This slide looks at the feedback to Questions 1 and 2 in more detail in the area of curriculum You can see that there was more positive feedback about special programs, electives and indigenous history. More opportunities for improvement were identified in the areas of special education, learning skills, math, arts, core curriculum, life skills, career planning, modernizing the curriculum, resources, kindergarten, French immersion and equity and standardization.

You can see that there was more positive feedback about the benefits of extra-curricular activities, the variety of activity and field trips. More opportunities for improvement were identified in the areas of increased physical activity, outdoor activity, sports and extracurricular.
