OCDSB - Seeks Services of an Integrity Commissioner through RFP process

In keeping with a commitment to good governance, transparency and accountability, the Board of Trustees (Board) of the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board has recently approved revisions to its Code of Conduct and has established a policy for the appointment of an Integrity Commissioner.  As the OCDSB embarks on its first implementation of this process, we are seeking the services of individuals or a firm to serve as an Integrity Commissioner through a request for proposal process. The successful individual will serve the Board of Trustees, and will be responsible for providing advice, conducting inquiries and/or investigations, making recommendations under the Code of Conduct policy, providing advice to the Chair and/or the Board, providing training and/or professional development as requested for the Board in relation to good governance practices with regard to existing board policies and procedures.

Interested proponents are invited to visit our Bid Opportunities website at https://ocdsb.bidsandtenders.ca to learn more about the opportunity, register and submit a request for proposal.

Please contact Sandra Lloyd, Manager, Risk & Supply Chain Management and “RFP Contact” with questions related to the proposal.
