Award of Contract for Moving Services

Staff will proceed, as directed in Board in camera, with respect to a contract for general moving services.

Human Resources Item

Staff will proceed as directed in Board in camera, with respect to a human resources item.

Approval of Policy P.129.GOV Complaints Resolution Policy

Policy P.129.GOV Complaints Resolution Policy, was approved and will be posted to the OCDSB website.

Approval of revised Policy P.058.HR: Occupational Health & Safety

Revisions to Policy P.058.HR Occupational Health and Safety as set out in Appendix A to Report 17-007 were approved.

Approval of Policy P.139.CUR Changes to Programs and Program Delivery Structures at Elementary Schools

Policy P.139.CUR Program Delivery Structures at Elementary Schools and the accompanying Elementary School Program Framework were approved, as amended, and will be posted to the website. At the meeting, staff was requested to provide a memo to the Board of Trustees, no later than May 2017, regarding previous pilot projects/offerings of French Immersion instruction in the Alternative Program, as well as any information collected during the Alternative Program Review consultation relating to French Immersion offerings.
