Student Volunteers

Lets face it, if you want to graduate from high school in Ontario you have to complete 40 hours of Community Service.

You will be surprised by all of the interesting community groups and organizations that need and want your help. You may volunteer at a local church, library, hospital or at one of the many registered agencies and organizations in the community. You may also complete your 40 hours of community involvement in a more informal manner by assisting friends, family and neighbours in a volunteer capacity - just check with your guidance counselor for a complete list of eligible activities. Community Involvement Forms are available at your school. The forms must be signed and submitted to your school to ensure your hours are recorded. You may also download the Community Involvement Notification and Activity Completion Sheet.
