NIGHT SCHOOL INFORMATION

The Winter 2020 Night School Session runs on

Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:00pm to 9:51pm.

FIRST NIGHT: Thursday, February 20, 2020

LAST NIGHT: Tuesday, May 26, 2020

WHERE AND WHEN TO REGISTER


Where to drop off your registration forms:

For Non-OCDSB and Adult students:

Drop your forms off at the OCDSB Continuing Education Registration office located at 440 Albert Street in Room E122B

When to drop off your registration forms:

Dates: Monday, January 20 to Friday, February 14, 2020

Times: 9:00am to 4:00pm

Note: The registration office will be open until 7:00pm on the following TUESDAYS:
Jan 21, Jan 28, Feb 4, Feb 11

Important: All classes are conditional based on sufficient enrolment and are subject to cancellation. Registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

INFORMATION ABOUT FEES


TEXTBOOK FEES:

For students attending day school: There is no Textbook Deposit Fee for students currently attending a day school. If a student fails to return the book or returns the book in poor condition, the student will be billed directly the full cost of the textbook.

For adult students: For Adult students there is a refundable $80.00 textbook fee payable at the time of registration by cash or post-dated cheque (Dated: May 26, 2020). Textbook fees will be refunded once we have confirmed the textbook has been returned.

International Student Fees: A fee is required for all international and out-of-province students at the time of registration. The fee for a Night School course is $500.

WHAT DO I NEED TO REGISTER

 

OCDSB Students:

OCDSB Students must make an appointment with their day school Guidance Counselor to register for Night School for the Winter 2020 Night School session.


Non-OCDSB Students:

NON-OCDSB Students in a day school must register in person.

You must have:

• Registration Form (available from your day school Guidance Counselor) signed by the Guidance Counselor and the student or parent/guardian if student is under 18 years of age.

• A current Credit Counselling Summary or Student Status Sheet from your day school

• Proof of Citizenship and Status in Canada (ex. Birth Certificate, Passport, Permanent Resident Card)

• Proof of Address (ex. Rental Agreement, Home Cable/Internet Bill, Utility Bill

Note: Driver’s License cannot be accepted as proof of address)


Adult Students not in a day school:

Please call 613-239-2620 after January 13, 2020 to schedule an appointment with our Education Advisor.

You must have:
