OCDSB launches survey to gather feedback on Learn At Home and School Reopening

The Ottawa-Carleton District School Board has launched a survey to gather feedback on the experience of parents/guardians, students and staff with the Learn At Home model that was implemented in March-June 2020. This survey also gives parents/guardians, students and staff an opportunity to share their thoughts on the plans for the next school year.

The participation for this survey is confidential and completely voluntary. The insights shared will help us understand the experience of parents/guardians, students and staff with the Learn At Home model and work as a guide towards improving and enhancing the experience of the OCDSB community moving forward. In August, we expect additional direction from the Ministry of Education and we will be sharing those details as soon as we receive them.

In the survey, participants will be asked to:

  1. Answer multiple choice questions about their experience with Learn At Home; and
  2. Join an online discussion where they will have the opportunity to share their thoughts about what is important to them as we plan for September. They will also have the opportunity to see and rate the thoughts of other participants.
