Accessibility

The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, or AODA is a law in Ontario which was developed to make the province of Ontario more accessible for people with disabilities by 2025. Under the AODA there are five standards: Customer Service, Information and Communications, Employment, Transportation and Design of Public Spaces.

The OCDSB supports the principles of providing accessible customer service to individuals with disabilities and is developing policies, practices, and procedures as outlined in the Integrated Standards.

We welcome your feedback as we work together toward these important goals. Please submit your questions and comments to us via email: [email protected] including your name, telephone number, and school name OR use our Customer Feedback Form or call 613-596-8211.
