Corporate Records Division

The Corporate Records Division provides leadership and guidance to OCDSB schools and departments to ensure the creation, maintenance and protection of accurate and reliable paper and electronic records.  The District creates and retains only those records which it requires to conduct and document its business and to comply with the Board’s legal and regulatory obligations. 

The Corporate Records Division responds to requests for information from the school community and general public regarding, the retention, storage, and requests for access to administrative records and Ontario Student Records based on the following policies and procedures:

Corporate Records processes requests for transcripts (when schools are unable to retrieve the records), completes documentation attesting to the education of former students, and assists with special requests regarding the Board’s corporate history.
