Reset Your Wellness After Exam Season: A YAC Wellness Challenge

Exams are finally over! The Youth Action Committee for Mental Health (YAC) invites you to take this time to reset and prioritize your well-being! Here are a few tips on how to do just that:

  • Move your mood with regular exercise, like short walks
  • Fuel your focus by enjoying balanced meals for the mental clarity you need to thrive.  
  • Rest to reset with quality sleep to recharge your body and mind.  
  • Connect and care by socializing and seeking support to feel your best.

Be sure to recharge and step into semester 2 feeling refreshed! YAC members have created a Wellness Challenge to get you feeling inspired. 

Try it individually or with a friend, remember that it's the small intentional things you do every day that help to care for your mind and body.
