Exams are finally over! The Youth Action Committee for Mental Health (YAC) invites you to take this time to reset and prioritize your well-being! Here are a few tips on how to do just that:
- Move your mood with regular exercise, like short walks
- Fuel your focus by enjoying balanced meals for the mental clarity you need to thrive.
- Rest to reset with quality sleep to recharge your body and mind.
- Connect and care by socializing and seeking support to feel your best.
