Our lives are increasingly online and it's important to be aware of the risks that exist and what you can do to prevent them.
Students should remember: if you ever face a challenging or concerning situation online there are people you can talk to - a parent/caregiver, an adult you trust, or a teacher, Guidance counselor, or principal at your school.
If you are afraid or embarrassed, there are also anonymous services available like the Kids Help Phone. You are not alone.
