These videos are part of the OCDSB’s Inspire and Inquire, Your Mental Health Q&A series which highlights some of the information youth are interested in, one question at a time.
This is a completely student-driven initiative. Recognizing a need for information about mental health support, students proposed creating a video series to address these questions. By talking directly to their peers, they identified the themes that surfaced from their peers. This series explores those questions and provides helpful insights.
You can watch the entire playlist of our Inspire and Inquire, Your Mental Health Q&A series on the OCDSB YouTube channel.
