The role of the SATE Learning coach is to:
- Facilitate Inquiry into student learning
- Build capacity of educators through rich professional learning opportunities in the area of reading instruction

The role of the SATE Community Education Liaison is to:
- Advocate for students and their families and build their understanding of the school system
- Amplify student, parent/caregiver and community voice(s);
- Support school staff with student, family and community involvement and engagement

The role of the SATE Principal is to:
- Provide instructional support to school administrators by being a co-learner, thinking partner, and collaborator
- Facilitate opportunities for professional learning for administrators
- Provide support with implementing the district renewal plan
- Please note that principal support will be done in collaboration with PAL and Equity system principals.

The role of the READ Research Officier is to:
- Provide direction and support to gather data from various stakeholders
- Support the analysis of data and findings
- Analyze data and communicate findings from the inquiry
