Superintendent of Education (Central)
Prince Duah is the Superintendent of Education responsible for Central Schools within the OCDSB. He also leads the Family and Community Engagement (FACE) initiative, along with the Student Achievement Through Equity (SATE) Inquiry.
For 22 years Prince served students, staff, and families in the Toronto District School Board as a teacher, principal, central staff member and the centrally-assigned Principal for School Improvement and Equity. Prince has now returned to Ottawa, where he attended elementary and secondary school himself.
Prince believes strongly in the community’s shared beliefs and values about what is possible for students and their ability to learn. He is confident in the District’s ability to teach all children at high levels. Prince also believes we all have a shared responsibility to cultivate and sustain partnerships between home, community, and school in order to ensure student achievement and well-being.
