Declaration of Interest - Municipal Conflict of Interest Act
Under the Municipal Conflict of Interest Act, the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board is required to establish and maintain a public registry of when a member of Council discloses an interest. The registry must include the original written declaration provided by the Member of Council and must be available to the public. Please see Policy P.025.GOV Board Member Conflict of Interest for more information.
A full registry including all written statements is available at the Administration Building and is maintained by the Governance Services department.
