Kate Stoudt

Superintendent of Learning Support Services

Kate is the Acting Superintendent of Learning Support Services.  She oversees Special Education and the District’s Well-Being Strategy. She supports community partnerships and is the Board contact for the Special Education Advisory Committee.

With over twenty years of experience with the OCDSB, Kate has always been committed to creating conditions where students can thrive. She started her career in Day Treatment programs supporting students' academic achievement and mental health.  She has been a teacher, vice-principal, principal and system principal for Learning Support Services. She believes strongly that all students can have a meaningful and purposeful learning experience and where their identities are valued and celebrated.

Kate is committed leading the department in the ongoing work of supporting students with disability related needs and to the collaboration with students, families, staff and community partners.
