Accountability means being transparent and responsible for our actions related to equity and inclusion. We must track our progress, measure the effectiveness of our initiatives and openly share our data and results. Accountability also involves acknowledging when we fall short and taking corrective action. It's about demonstrating a genuine commitment to continuous improvement in our pursuit of equity.
