Diversity must be reflected at all levels of the OCDSB, from students and staff to leadership and school boards. Increasing representation means actively working to recruit, hire and promote individuals from diverse backgrounds. It also means ensuring that diverse voices and perspectives are included in decision-making processes, curriculum development and all aspects of the OCDSB's work.
