Join us for the Community Connection in-person event on October 23rd
The OCDSB is pleased to invite students, their families and staff in Ottawa's downtown area for an informative and engaging in-person Community Connection on Thursday, October 23, 2025, 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. at Elgin Street Public School (310 Elgin St.).
The Community Connection, hosted by the OCDSB’s Family and Community Engagement (FACE), is an opportunity for participants to discover the various resources available in the community and the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board. Join us for an evening of learning and discussion on educational interests in the community.
What to look forward to:
- Know more about what the OCDSB has to offer, including academics, extracurricular activities, and special education services.
- Get an overview of local community resources, like public libraries, educational programs, and after-school activities.
- Engage in informative discussions about educational topics relevant to the community.
